To facilitate the selection of lunch suppliers in a fair, just and open environment and provision of healthy, nutritive and environmental friendly lunch at the same time, the Department of Health has not only issued a "Protocol on Selecting School Lunch Supplier" with inputs from the Education Bureau and the Independent Committee Against Corruption, but also holds a series of related workshops around end of each year so that more professional guidance could be offered directly to school staff.
