The Education Bureau (EDB) supports and encourages schools to adopt healthy school policy. To echo the endeavour, the Department of Health (DH) has organized an annual Principal Summit since 2007 which aims to provide a platform for schools to share and exchange their experiences on the promotion of healthy eating in schools in short and medium term. Annual Principal Summit has been changed into Healthy Eating Forum this year to involve more relevant stakeholders together to combat with childhood obesity.

EDB and DH presented Awards to schools which have achieved accreditation in the 2013/2014 school year. For this year's Healthy Eating Forum, Ms Sally Poon, Registered Dietitian (Hong Kong Nutrition Association) has been invited to deliver a keynote speech on "How to make healthy food tasty, attractive and fun".
