Letters to Parents

Being parents, you must make every effort to equip your children so that they can excel and enjoy a happy life. Yet, parents might underestimate the threat of unhealthy eating habits which could increase children's risk of developing chronic conditions like obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and even heart diseases and stroke.

This series of 'Letter to Parents' were produced which aimed to empower parents and carers with correct knowledge on healthy diet as well as the ability to identify correct health information from various sources and health claims. Even today, these publications still represent a source of useful information that could be employed to nurture our new generations.
